NOW ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS FOR THE OCTOBER 2019 TROY POP UP SHOW.

Friday, October 25th from 5pm – 8:30pm

23 Second Street, 4th Floor, Troy, NY 12180

Submission Requirements:  *READ THOROUGHLY*

1. All mediums accepted.  Works previously shown with Troy Pop Up will not be accepted.

2. Cost: $40 to show 4 works.  Submission is $10 (non-refundable), and if accepted, a balance of $30 will be due upon delivery of work.  Students with a current ID may show work for $30.  Send submissions to troypopup@gmail.com and include sizes, mediums and prices of works.  **Please note that all submitted works may not be accepted.

NOTE:  Works that are submitted and accepted will be the only works shown.  “Swapping out” works is not allowed and if non-accepted works are dropped off, it will be up to the discretion of the showcase director whether or not to show any of that artist’s works, and no refunds will be given.  The people who put this together are volunteers, be respectful of the time and energy they put into making each show a success.

3. Upon submission, the artist agrees that if selected, they will be present the night of the show, as artists are responsible for their own sales.  If the artist is present for the show, Troy Pop Up does not take any commission; if the artist is not present and a work is sold, Troy Pop Up will receive a 40% commission.  Artists agree to this arrangement upon submission of work.

Submission Deadline: Saturday, October 12th at 11:00pm.  Artists will be notified of acceptance and drop off details on Monday, October 14th.
